Fero Miklosho - designer - painting his dream notebook
In the first half of 2008 we prepared the Dream Notebook project for HP. This project comprised two phases. First one involved an Internet contest for general public. Its purpose was to support the dialogue between the generations and to demonstrate how to work with information technology.
Through a registration form, the participants were invited to send their own scanned pictures of a dream notebook. During the contest, the visitors were given opportunity to vote on individual images. The winners of the contest with the highest number of votes received a top laptop of unique series - HP Pavilion dv6799. A charity event was prepared in the second phase of the project. It peaked at the auction of notebooks that were personally decorated by four Slovak music and media celebrities. Thanks to the support and involvement by local celebrities Lenka Šoóšová, Martin "Pyco" Rausch, Fero Mikloško and Daniel Brunovský, we managed to raise more than EUR 10 000 for the Slovak Children Foundation by selling their works of art.
